Animation Video
What is animation?
Animation is a fast presentation of the order of 2-D art pictures or model locations to give motion illusion. Animation is a form of optical illusion of movement due to the occurrence of visual continuity and can be manufactured and demonstrated in several ways. The most popular approach to exhibit animated works is through a movie or video programme, but there are other options.
This week in EDU456, I learned how to construct a great presentation slide as well as how to produce an animated video in PowerPoint. This is an animated video that I created with success:
Isn't it fascinating? Animation, in my opinion, can help students participate in learning because students are easily attracted to studying using new methods. This is due to the fact that by utilising various colour and audio combinations, students will not easily lose focus while receiving the information presented. The usage of animation also enables students to understand what has to be transmitted more easily because students can clearly grasp the topic overview. For example, there are several mechanisms in the body, which teachers must learn in the field of biology and science. The mechanisms of respiration, reproduction, circulation of the blood and many more are examples of mechanisms taught. This mechanism cannot be seen with the human eye, thus students can have a clear picture of the subject through this animation. This helps students to understand the subject quickly. The effect is that students will be more motivated to search for knowledge because they are able to understand it. This animation is therefore very beneficial to learn.
